Glen has grown up in a polo family, both his father and his uncle have also represented Australia, and father and son have played in the same team for Australia. Glen became a professional player upon completing his tertiary studies and has played in most countries around the world. He lives in England, where he competes in the high goal competitions, and has captained the Australian team for the past 6 years. In 2003 Glen was in the victorious Coronation Cup which is the high point of the English calendar year being played in front of the Queen and 40,000 spectators. He is the Chief Umpire of the Guards Polo Club at Windsor, and plays all the major high goal tournaments in Australia "In Polo there are many eye injuries which is something that concerns my sport, as with many of my fellow Polo Players around the world, I wear Blueyes with total confidence."
